The answer, and the page it’s on.
Techy reads every page of every manual filed for the unit, then answers only from those pages, citing the page. If they don’t cover it, it says so instead of guessing.

Six makers’ manuals, one place to ask.
One RV usually carries manuals from several makers: the coach, the fridge, the water heater, the furnace, the air conditioner and the generator. Each maker has its own support line. Dometic, which makes many RV fridges and air conditioners, says it answers its contact form within three work days. A staffer at a unit with a warm fridge needs the answer now, and it is usually in the manual already.
Read once, answer from the pages.
A manual is added once, by upload or by link, and read in the background. After that, any question about a unit it covers is answered from its pages.
- Answers only from the unit’s own manuals, never from the open internet.
- Each answer cites the page and opens the manual there.
- A manual taken down at its maker’s request can’t be added again.
Questions people ask
Do you publish the manuals?
No. Techy quotes short passages and links to the page. It never offers a library to browse.
What if a manual is scanned images?
Techy can’t read text that isn’t there yet, so it says so and the manual is marked as unreadable.
